1. Rome’s enchanting piazza’s

Get swept away by the beautiful piazza’s of Rome. From Piazza del Popolo and the amazing view over the city that you get from the top of the Pincio, this tour will first take you to the Spanish Steps, after which you will stroll along in the direction of the Pantheon passing by the Trevi Fountain and Piazza della Pietra, to end at Piazza Navona: world’s most beautiful square of all times.

This tour is especially suited for those who visit Rome for the first time – you will see all the main monuments in the heart of the city.

2. The hidden side of Rome

The lovely quarter of Trastevere that is located on the other side of the Tiber gives you, along with the Tiber Island and the Jewish ghetto, a different view on the eternal city. The tour brings you from the S. Maria in Trastevere church (one of Rome’s most beloved churches with astonishing mosaics) across Piazza Trilussa and the Ponte Sisto to the other side of the river, where you will visit the Tiber island and the Jewish Ghetto. Nearby, next to the theatre of Marcellus, the remains of three Roman temples (3th-2th century B.C.) are still visible in the walls of the S. Nicola in Carcere church. And not only: by accessing the undergrounds, we will walk between their fundaments…

3. Panoramic golf cart tour

You’ll see the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus, the Aventine Hill, the Gianicolo hill, the Quirinal hill where the president of Italy lives… and more!

Post- conference field trip to Tuscany on Saturday, 12 September 2015


20150425_125503        We invite you to join us for a great tour to sunny Tuscany on Saturday, September 12.

A comfortable20150425_134302 bus will drive us to the small town of Ansedonia,  located near Orbetello about 140 km northwest of Rome on the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. We will visit Cosa/Ansedonia Aquaculture Station and Cosa archeological site, then enjoy time on a sandy beach and have lunch in the restaurant “Il Pescatore”. We will visit Giardino dei Tarocchi in the afternoon and stop by for a wine testing at Cantina Castello di Torre in Pietra. We arrive back to Rome by 20:00 pm.
