The Strategic Planning Group was approved by the Executive Board on the 1st March 2011.
CHARGE ONE: Evaluate IAMSLIC’s current position, specify areas include: recruiting new members, conference planning, fund raising, and mentoring for new officers.
CHARGE TWO: Define goals and/or objectives for IAMSLIC
CHARGE THREE: Propose a possible route to achieve the goals/objectives
Membership & Term
Strategic Planning Group membership shall consist of the following members: 1 member from each of the regional groups, 1 representative from the Web & Communications, 1 representative from the Membership Committee, current president and current past-president for a total of 10 members.
Term: Term for the members is 2 years, except for the IAMSLIC President and Past President as these are not two years terms attached to a person but are filled by whomever is in that office.
