Registration will open soon! Please review the information below before registering.  Guests must be registered separately. All prices are in USD.

Full IAMSLIC Conference Rates

Full conference participation includes tea/coffee breaks, lunch, and WiFi Internet connection, plus Sunday welcome reception, Tuesday field trip, and Wednesday evening banquet.

  • Member/Vendor Registration: USD 325 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 400)
  • Non-Member High-income Countries* Registration (full conference and 1 year of IAMSLIC membership): USD 375 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 450)
  • Non-Member Low and Middle Income Countries* Registration (full conference and 1 year of IAMSLIC membership): USD 345 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 420)
    • Non-members are those who are not currently members of IAMSLIC or affiliated regional groups.

  • Library or Information Science Student Registration(full conference and 1 year of IAMSLIC membership) – USD 150 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 225)
    • Students are those who are attending professional library and information science educational programs.

Daily IAMSLIC Conference Rates

  • Monday full day: USD 150 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 225)
  • Tuesday full day (includes field trip): USD 150 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 225)
  • Wednesday full day (does not include evening banquet): USD 150 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 225)
  • Thursday morning (includes lunch): USD 75 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 115)

AFRIAMSLIC Meeting Rates

  • AFRAMSLIC Conference Registration Fee (includes afternoon tea/coffee break): 25 USD (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 50)

Guest Registration and Separately Priced Events

  • Sunday welcome reception: USD 40 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 55)
  • Tuesday field trip: USD 20 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 35)
  • Wednesday evening banquet: USD 60 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 75)

Option Field Trip

Friday post-conference field trip (Tour of Source of River Nile, Jinja, Bujagali Falls and boat cruise on Lake Victoria including lunch): USD 40 (after 15 July 2018, rate is USD 55)
